The fourth picute does follow the rule of thirds becauser the focus is not where one's eye would originally look first. The color contrast between the black and white and green is what really holds my focus and makes me notice the panda. I think that the "u" shape is made here because of the black of the panda creates that motion for the eye to follow. I would crop out some of the brown empty space above the panda's head to make it even more fill-the-frame, but other than that, this photograph is fine.
